With over 16 years of experience in the tourism sector, she is one of the founders of Optima Online Hotel Management. Pınar began her career in the hotel industry with Crown Plaza Istanbul Hotel, and after gaining experience at Movenpick Hotel Istanbul, she worked as a manager in operational and commercial units at Booking.com for 9 years. Subsequently, she held various management positions in projects such as Turkish Airlines Holidays, Pazaramatatil, and Vakıfbank Milplus, developing the commercial aspects of the products.

Ersel Ari
Managing Partner
Ersel Arı, one of the founding partners of our company, has extensive experience in the tourism sector. Following his experience in the hotel industry with Istanbul Marriott Hotel Asia and Radisson Blu Bosphorus Hotel, he played an active role in managing technical and commercial processes in projects such as Turkish Airlines Holidays, Bizigo, Pazaramatatil, and Milplus; and in these processes, he established various collaborations with the biggest players in the sector. In his role at Optima, he aims to provide customized solutions for hotel management, ensuring customer satisfaction and sustainable revenue growth.

With over 20 years of experience in Sales and Operations Management in the tourism sector, Erkan Kocaoğlu has held management positions at leading companies in the industry such as ERKA Group, Turkish Airlines Holidays, ETS Tur, Tatilsepeti, Nar Turizm, and Café Tur.
