She began her career in hospitality, gaining valuable expertise in global five-star hotel chains before moving into operations and commercial management at Booking.com, where she worked for nine years.

Following her tenure at Booking.com, she held executive positions in projects such as Turkish Airlines Holidays, Pazaramatatil, and Vakıfbank Milplus, focusing on developing the commercial aspects of travel products. Her extensive experience in hotel management, online travel platforms, and strategic business development makes her a key leader in driving revenue growth and innovation in the hospitality industry.

Managing Partner

As a co-founder of Optima Online Hotel Management, Ersel Arı brings extensive experience in the tourism industry. He has played a key role in managing the technical and commercial processes of major projects such as Turkish Airlines Holidays, Bizigo, Pazaramatatil, and Milplus, collaborating with some of the biggest players in the industry.

Additionally, during her tenure at Erka Group, she was involved in product and sales strategy development for projects such as Turkish Airlines Holidays and Pazaramatatil, further strengthening her expertise in the field.

With over 15 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, Berçin Temel Akyüz began her career in hospitality and has actively contributed to projects that enhanced profitability and efficiency for businesses by focusing on online sales, revenue management, business development, account management, and technological solutions in both B2C and B2B markets. She also took part in pre-opening hotel projects, supporting the establishment and development of online sales processes.

Throughout her career, she has worked with brands such as HotelRunner, Dedeman Hotels, Sürmeli Hotels, Titanic Hotels, and Accor Hotels, contributing in areas such as managing agency relations, developing sales strategies, and optimizing digital content.
