With over 16 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, Pınar Bekoğlu is a co-founder of Optima Online Hotel Management. She began her career in hospitality, gaining valuable expertise in global five-star hotel chains before moving into operations and commercial management at Booking.com, where she worked for nine years.

Following her tenure at Booking.com, she held executive positions in projects such as Turkish Airlines Holidays, Pazaramatatil, and Vakıfbank Milplus, focusing on developing the commercial aspects of travel products. Her extensive experience in hotel management, online travel platforms, and strategic business development makes her a key leader in driving revenue growth and innovation in the hospitality industry.

Ersel Arı

Managing Partner

As a co-founder of Optima Online Hotel Management, Ersel Arı brings extensive experience in the tourism industry. He has played a key role in managing the technical and commercial processes of major projects such as Turkish Airlines Holidays, Bizigo, Pazaramatatil, and Milplus, collaborating with some of the biggest players in the industry.

At Optima, his mission is to deliver tailored hotel management solutions that drive customer satisfaction and sustainable revenue growth, ensuring long-term success for hospitality businesses.

With over 20 years of experience in Sales and Operations Management within the tourism industry, Erkan Kocaoğlu has held executive positions at leading companies such as ERKA Group, Turkish Airlines Holidays, ETS Tur, Tatilsepeti, Nar Turizm, and Café Tur.

Specializing in operational processes and sales strategies, he is a co-founder of Optima, dedicated to developing efficiency-driven solutions for the tourism sector. His expertise helps hotels maximize revenue and achieve their growth objectives through strategic and data-driven approaches.

Revenue Manager

With over 10 years of experience in revenue and reservation management at some of Turkey’s leading hotels, Sümeyye İmre Dönmez has built a strong career in the hospitality industry. She has played a key role in strategic revenue management, effective reservation techniques, and customer satisfaction, contributing significantly to increasing profitability for businesses.

Additionally, during her tenure at Erka Group, she was involved in product and sales strategy development for projects such as Turkish Airlines Holidays and Pazaramatatil, further strengthening her expertise in the field.

Fethiye / Workshop / March 21, 2025

In our Optima Academy workshop held in Fethiye, we met with hotel managers and sales professionals from the region.
In this educational day, where effective use of online sales channels, revenue management strategies, correct pricing methods, and important tips for reducing costs were shared; we both updated our knowledge and gained new perspectives.

Istanbul Tourism Fair / September 25-26, 2025

At Optima OHM, we met with industry professionals at our booth at the Istanbul Tourism Fair, presenting our solutions that increase hotel revenues, streamline operations, and accelerate digitalization.
